Hi, I see you are interesting in rodovid. What do you think about engine:User_talk:Baya#Add_template_to_wikipedia? -- 11:44, 6 September 2006 (EEST)

[edit] Famous peoples
Please, add additional info about subj like here Ecgberht, King of Wessex - (Ætheling, b. estimated 770 d. 4 February 839) --Baya 09:56, 7 September 2006 (EEST)
[edit] GEDCOM Import
hello, recently you add some peoples from gedcom "2074055.ged". During import system show to you similar record. For what you add same records?
Compare Margaret Tudor (Tudor, b. 28 November 1489 d. 18 October 1541) and [[Person:40341] (erased).... Please use checking procedure during import data from gedcom. --Baya 00:00, 15 December 2006 (EET)
[edit] The Dionne family
Hello Heiley! I see you just added the Dionne quintuplets. Why don't you connect them into a family? Stanley 23:27, 11 January 2007 (EET)
I'm working on it--Hailey C. Shannon 23:29, 11 January 2007 (EET)
Sorry for disturbing you earlier. Now the Dionne tree looks more impressive. :) Stanley 00:00, 12 January 2007 (EET)
Your welcome--Hailey C. Shannon 00:01, 12 January 2007 (EET)
I would first add one of the girls, add both parents, and then add all the other children. It's faster.
By the way, have you noticed any changes in the speed of the website today? Is it faster? Stanley 00:03, 12 January 2007 (EET)
I've been having trouble loading GEDCOMs!--Hailey C. Shannon 00:04, 12 January 2007 (EET)
Rodovid has been moved to a new faster server just today. I think that this is the reason for the troubles for GEDCOM file uploads. You can inform baya about this or I will ask him tomorrow. Stanley 00:12, 12 January 2007 (EET)
Hi Hailey, sorry to bother you, but I think you should know that Abraham Hoopes (Hoopes, b. 1737 d. 28 January 1625) is listed as born after his death. I'd switch the dates myself, but I don't wanna mess it up. Shim
[edit] Plantagenets

What do you think about it? --Baya 12:48, 8 July 2007 (EEST)
[edit] Augusta Hickey
Hello, I see you added Mary Augusta Hickey, however she was already in Rodovid, so unfortunately you created a duplicate:
- Mary Augusta Hickey (Hickey, b. 6 December 1857 d. 20 May 1923)
- [[Person:38468] (erased)
Would you mind trying to merge the two? Thank you!
[edit] Medders family vs Bluecap
There's a considerable amount of overlap between the medders_family.ged and bluecap.ged GEDCOM files that you uploaded. While most of it (I hope) has been identified and I am working on merging them, if possible it would be nice if you could try to prevent this happening in the future if at all possible. Thanks. [edit] Buddy Holly
Looking around on the internet I found this page: http://www.users.qwest.net/~kcunningham1/new_pageholley.htm This should be helpful with Charles Hardin Holley (Holley, b. 7 September 1936 d. 3 February 1959) :-) --Wikiacc (talk) 00:05, 27 October 2007 (EEST)
[edit] John Welles
Hi,
Do you know what evidence there is to suggest that, as stated at http://en.rodovid.org/wk/Cecily Plantagenet (York, b. 20 March 1469 d. 24 August 1507),
birth: 1450, Welles, Lincolnshire, England
death: 9 February 1499, Pasmers Place, Westminster, Middlesex, England
had a son. The only records I can find say he left only one daughter, Anne.
Thanks, Jamie. jvans@dsl.pipex.com
[edit] Madison
Hey Hailey I see you had done some stuff with the Madison family. I noticed you had a sibling of James Madison as Frances Madison (a female) - it looks like actually it is Francis Taylor Madison, a male. I made those changes but should have mentioned to you first. Please feel free to chat with me on this and hope I didn't do something wrong.
- Frances Taylor Madison (Madison, b. 6 March 1775)
Holy cow I was wrong - they had 2 kids with nearly the same name - I will fix that! :-O
