Григорий II Гика (рум. Grigore II Ghica; 1690—1752) — господарь Молдавского княжества в 1726—1733, 1735—1739, 1739—1741 и 1747—1748 годах.

Grigore II Ghica est issu d’une famille phanariote originaire d’Albanie ; il est le fils de Matei Ghica (1664-1708) « Mare Ban » (i.e Gouverneur en Valachie) et de Ruxandra Mavrocordato, une fille d’Alexandre Mavrocordato. Son grand père Grigore Ier Ghica et son arrière grand père Gheorghe Ier Ghica ont déjà occupé les fonctions princières dans les principautés danubiennes au XVIIe siècle, mais Grégoire II Ghica est toutefois le premier membre de sa famille à exercer la fonction de Grand Drogman de la Sublime Porte de 1717 à 1727.
