Notes

Strathcona County (Alberta, Canada) 1906 Census indicates Frank Brzak was 34 years old in 1906. This suggests he was born between 1871-1872. Some family members have claimed he was born in 1874, this is also suggsted in the 1926 Canada Prairie Provinces Census, as well as findagrave.com information; The date of 25 March 1874 corroborates him being a twin with his brother Josef.

His death was reported by some family members as 1956, however findagrave.com suggests a more specific date in February 1957.
