Ebenezer's parents were Joel Libby and Mehitable Nash. First wife was Sarah S. Nason of Freeport, ME. When he was first married, they lived in North Yarmouth, ME. Second wife was Louisa Winslow, daughter of John and Sally (Baker) Winslow of Mercer, ME. They lived in Mercer, ME, until 1845. Then they moved to west. Ebenezer was a member of the Baptist church. Ebenezer and Louisa have 9 children listed: Sally S. Briggs, Olive J. Condill, Lorenzo D., Cyrus D., Ebenezer, Louisa Shackley/Sweeney, Hiram S., Julia A. Small/Fish and Lorinda Steele.
A marriage record is listed in www.familysearch.org that states that Ebenezer Libby and Louisa B. Winslow were married on Nov. 15, 1824, Farmington, Franklin, ME. There's another one with Ebenezer Libby and Loisa Winslow, dated Nov. 16, 1825, at Mercer, Somerset county, ME.
