Paddy Roy Bates (Eng. Paddy Roy Bates; August 29, 1921 - October 9, 2012) - British Citizen, proclaiming himself the September 2, 1967 he established the head of the virtual state of Sealand, which occupies an artificial platform in the North Sea off the coast of the UK; radio journalist in the past, leading to the pirate radio station, major of the British army.
