In Arnulfs Dokument wird sie nobilissima femina genannt, „was ihr bei der modernen Forschung zu einer hypothetischen Einordnung unter die Liutpoldinger verholfen hat, jedenfalls aber eine Herkunft bezeichnet, die für die Braut eines karolingischen Prinzen vollkommen standesgemäß war.
