According to Arab mythology this lineage is from the race of the Jinn meaning literally "Unseen Beings" and described as an intermediary race of souls imbued with free will who were created from the Fire. The Jin were an intermediary creation between Angels (created from particles of light) and Humans (created from the elements of the earth); Angels were created first, then the Jin, then the Humans. Interbreeding was possible between Man and Jin.
According to Roman Mythology the Janigae was a tribe who were ruled by the a King Javan whose origin is unknown but among whose grandson is Hercules the mighty. Dodanin is named as the child of Javan. The Biblical authors of the Hebrew assign Noah as a descendant of Noah but this is not probable.
It is possible that the Janigae are the remnants of a lost culture who found themselves displaced by the rising waters of the receding Ice Age and or who may or may not have been civilized beyond the comparative stages of their surrounding neighbors. Almoustine 18:39, 16 August 2008 (EEST)
