The Bliwernitz clan comes from Prussia, near the present day city of Gdansk, Poland (formerly Danzig, Germany). The North American wing of this clan emigrated from Germany in 1951 and 1952 to Indiana, IL, USA and Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada respectively.
