Egypt (possibly during the time of Marc Antony since one of the women is Artoria Cleopatra).

- North Africa, near Carthage (during the reign of Septimius Severus; 193-211 C.E.).
- Other Artorii families appear throughout the empire as distributed through military careers and magisterial appointments.
Most of the family preferred the following first names for their sons.

- Lucius
The preferred prenomen in Southern Gaul indicates that this branch of the family was likely established by Quintus and Septimus as sons even further removed from the line of succession in the Italian homeland. Their preferred prenomen was:
