Irving Luck Pond was an executive at General Motors and Fruehauf Corporation. He lived in Detroit for much of his later life and move to a retirement home in Lee's Summit, MO about 3 month's before his death. He was educated at the Lawrenceville School - Class of 1922, Yale University - Class of 1926 (Left after Junior Year), and The Babson Institute - Class of 1926. He spent the last 15 years of his carreer as a self-employeed manufacturers representative until 2 years prior to his death.
